Patty is really a compact machine for coffee crema, milkshakes and slush. It freezes down to −8 °C, so it makes Molly too: a little softer than from a classic soft-serve machine, but good quality. It sits on the counter and runs every day at our place in Pertisau.

Why we work with Patty
Many cafés, dog groomers and smaller hotels have no soft-serve machine, or they need theirs for their guests. With Patty, Molly gets its own machine, separate from everything else.
