Who is behind Molly?
Molly is a joint venture of Der Süße Stopp in Pertisau on the Achensee and Gel Due of Casalecchio di Reno near Bologna, makers of gelato ingredients since 1984. Our story.
What is in Molly?
The current pilot recipe is based on a vegan, lactose-free soft-serve base with coconut fat and fructose, flavoured with fresh banana. It is made without chocolate, cocoa, xylitol and artificial sweeteners. You get the full ingredient list with the product data sheet.
Is Molly suitable for every dog?
Molly is a treat, not a daily food. As with any treat, the owner decides. If a dog has allergies, intolerances or a special diet, the owner should check the ingredient list with their vet first.
How is Molly prepared?
Blend 1 kg of mix with 2 litres of water and 2 fresh bananas, pour it into the soft-serve machine and let it freeze. Then serve in small cups. How it works.
Do I need a separate machine?
Not necessarily. We check whether your existing soft-serve machine suits Molly and how to keep Molly separate from guest soft serve. Without one, you can start with the compact Patty, a small single-flavour soft-serve machine or a compact CAB slush and crema machine. Equipment.
What does Molly cost?
You receive current prices for the mix and the machine with a personal proposal. Pilot partners receive preferential terms for life. Request a proposal.
How much should I charge my guests?

What does being a pilot partner mean?
Pilot partners test Molly in real service for an agreed period and give us feedback. They help shape the flavours and packaging and receive preferential terms on Molly products for good. We put the exact conditions in writing. Pilot programme.
When will there be more flavours?
We set further flavours and the final packaging design after the pilot phase, with feedback from our pilot partners.
Which countries is Molly available in?
We are starting in Austria. We welcome enquiries from Germany, Italy and Switzerland and will be in touch once delivery and support are ready for your country. Molly is not limited to these countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, the rest of the Balkans and other European and international markets are possible too. Gel Due already ships worldwide.
