Three steps your team already knows.
If you serve soft serve, you can serve Molly. The mix is stirred into water, frozen in the machine and served in a small cup. Here is the routine exactly as we run it at Der Süße Stopp every day.
The routine
Stir
Blend 1 kg of Molly mix with 2 litres of water and 2 fresh bananas until smooth, using a hand blender. More flavours are coming soon.
Fill and freeze
Pour the mix into the hopper of the soft-serve machine. The machine freezes it to serving consistency. How long that takes depends on the machine.
Serve
Draw a small portion into the cup and set it down for the dog, or hand it to the owner.
Clean
Clean the machine as usual, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Molly needs no cleaning routine of its own.
Your existing machine, or a Patty
If you already have a soft-serve machine, we check together whether you can prepare Molly in it. What matters is that Molly portions stay clearly separate from the soft serve for your guests, for example with a separate machine, a separate hopper or set times.
For businesses without a soft-serve machine, or with little space, there is the compact Patty, a small single-flavour soft-serve machine or a compact slush and crema machine, for example from CAB. We supply the machine or help you find the right one.

Tips from our own counter
Make it visible
A small sign at the counter or a line on the menu is enough. Many guests with dogs will then ask for it themselves.
A water station that draws people in
In front of our stand there is a water station for dogs with a board showing Molly and the Patty. It invites dog owners to stop and makes them curious.
Cup on the ground
Most dogs prefer to lick from a cup standing on the ground. Many owners like to hold it themselves, though.
Start with small batches
At first, mix only what you need for one day. You learn your demand and avoid waste.
What your guests see
The dog gets its cup and licks it clean in peace, while the table laughs and takes photos. That moment is the reason Molly works.
