For campsites, lidos and day trips.

At the campsite, the lido or the top station, lots of dogs are out in season. It is often warm, the walk was long, and the owners treat themselves to an ice cream. Molly is the answer to the look on the dog’s face.

In short

Campsites, lidos and day-trip destinations see many guests with dogs in season. Molly can be offered at the kiosk, reception or snack bar, needs only a compact machine, and even changing seasonal staff can learn it in a few minutes.

What counts in leisure businesses

Our example: the lake promenade in Pertisau

In summer the Achensee promenade is full of walkers, cyclists and dogs. That is exactly where we serve Molly. Many dogs get their cup right on the grass next to the deckchairs.

Questions from campsites and day-trip venues

Can dogs eat regular ice cream?

Regular ice cream is not meant for dogs: it is usually made with milk, and many dogs do not tolerate lactose well, and it sometimes contains chocolate or sweeteners such as xylitol, which are toxic to dogs. Molly is made for dogs, vegan and lactose-free, without chocolate, cocoa, xylitol or artificial sweeteners, and is still a treat, not daily food.

What do I do with mixed Molly on rainy days?

At first, mix only what you need for one day. How long mixed Molly keeps chilled is stated in the product documents you receive with the proposal.

Do I need a special permit to sell dog ice cream?

Molly is handled like other food at your counter. It is best to check briefly with your local food authority which rules apply to your business. We give you the product documents for this.

Does Molly bring my business attention?

A dog with its own ice cream is a picture guests take and share. A sign, a spot for photos and your Instagram handle nearby help link those pictures to your business. More ideas under Opportunities.
