Conversation
You tell us about your business. We check whether Molly fits and which machine you need.
Agreement
We put the pilot conditions and your preferential terms in writing.
Start
You receive Molly mix, a short introduction and material for your counter.
Trial
Several weeks in real service, with a short conversation halfway.
Review
We review it together. Your feedback goes into the flavours, recipe and packaging.
Why we do it this way
Molly was created at a real ice cream counter, not at a desk. Before we set the flavours and packaging, we want to know how Molly works in other businesses: in a hotel, at a groomer’s, on a campsite.
The preferential terms are our thanks for joining us at the start. They apply for life and are set out precisely in your pilot agreement.
