Molly is a dog-friendly soft serve for cafés, hotels and every business where guests arrive with a dog. A dry mix, stirred with water on site, frozen in a soft-serve machine and served in a small cup.

People out with their dog like to order something sweet. The dog sits next to them and watches. With Molly it gets a cup of its own, and the visit becomes a small occasion for both.

Made without chocolate, cocoa, xylitol or artificial sweeteners. Vegan and lactose-free. As with any treat, the owner decides whether and how much their dog gets.
Made in Italy
Gel Due has produced ingredients for artisanal and industrial gelato since 1984. Molly is made there with the same care.
Simple in the kitchen
A dry mix blended with water and fresh banana. No cooking, no recipe of your own and no new routine your team has to learn first.
Proven at the counter
Molly has been served at our own counter in Pertisau since summer 2026. Every portion shows us what to improve in the recipe, the routine and the cup.
Pilot phase: flavours and packaging take shape with you
Molly is in its pilot phase. The banana recipe is the first flavour we are testing in daily service. Which flavours follow, and how the cup and packaging will finally look, we decide after hearing from our pilot partners.
Both partners will appear on the pack: Der Süße Stopp from Tyrol and Gel Due from Bologna. Made in Italy.
Common questions about the product
Is Molly suitable for every dog?
Molly is a dog-friendly treat, not a daily food. As with any treat, the owner decides. If a dog has allergies, intolerances or a special diet, the owner should check the ingredient list with their vet first.
How big is a portion?
We serve Molly in a small cup. We will set the recommended portion size together with our partners after the pilot phase.
Do I need a separate machine for Molly?
Not necessarily. Many businesses can prepare Molly in an existing soft-serve machine, and we are happy to check yours. If you have none, you can start with the compact Patty, a small single-flavour soft-serve machine or a compact slush and crema machine, for example from CAB. See the equipment.
